A CERTIFIED TEACHER FOR 13 YEARS, SUZANNE WENTLEY HAS TAUGHT YOGA ON FIVE CONTINENTS TO STUDENTS AGED 1 TO 91. WITH A FOCUS ON SAFE ALIGNMENT PRINCIPLES, SHE COMPLETED TRAINING IN ANUSARA METHODS, CHAIR YOGA, STAND-UP PADDLEBOARD YOGA, AND YOGA THERAPY. SHE HAS LED HUNDREDS OF CLASSES RANGING IN STYLE FROM HOT VINYASA TO GENTLE RESTORATIVE AND YIN. SUZANNE IS ALSO A REIKI MASTER, AUTHOR, NOMAD, VEGETARIAN, AND A BELIEVER IN YOU.

Retreats + Large Group Classes
Suzanne’s international travels allow flexibility for large, in-person group sessions as well as remote classes for corporate clients. She relies on her years of teaching experience to create diverse, inclusive, relaxing, and safe classes for students of all levels. It’s possible to structure classes to complement all themes and schedules. Also a consultant for small businesses and nonprofits, Suzanne understands and exceeds professional expectations.

Whether you are a beginner or an advanced student, online classes with Suzanne combine the convenience of a home practice with a level that’s just the right mix of challenge and comfort. Workshop Offerings
For studios looking to collaborate, Suzanne leads a variety of special event workshops for small groups. Length and structure can be adjusted, although these in-depth classes usually last around two hours. Please connect to determine a partnership that works for everyone.
- Chakra System Deep Dive: Students are introduced to the theory behind the chakra system, practice poses to support each energy center, and receive Reiki healing during an extended savasana.
- Yoga Alignment Principles: Learn alignment principles that apply to every pose in yoga to deepen your practice, connect with your body, and stay safe even in the most advanced asanas.
- Introduction to Yoga: It’s easy to feel overwhelmed and intimidated in a group yoga class when you are new to the practice. With this workshop, we’ll break down the most common poses and answer all the questions you have.
- Mudras and More: Wondering how to get more energy, overcome feelings of inadequacy, improve digestion, and even invite more blessings into your life? Well, there’s a mudra for that — and students will get the downloads with this “hands on” workshop.
- Chair Yoga for Every Body: Students who struggle to get up and down from the floor may think yoga isn’t for them, but it’s the opposite! Chair yoga is a powerful practice that meets students where they are and helps them integrate movement in a safe and effective manner.
- Kids Yoga Playshop: They don’t call it “child’s pose” for nothing! Parents are invited to join this “playshop” as we move our bodies, practice focus, and, most importantly, have fun.
- Restorative Rest: Get all the cushions, blankets, bolsters, and blocks for this workshop, as we’ll give ourselves the gift of slowing down and learning how deep rest feels in the body, mind, and spirit.
- Meditation 101: If you’ve ever said, “I just can’t meditate” this is for you! In this workshop, you’ll first create a comfortable posture to set yourself up for a gentle, peaceful practice. Then, you can learn the science, integrate useful techniques, and get your questions answered to feel more confident and relaxed in your meditations and beyond.
