Research + Journalism

Science-Based Research

For the first two decades of her professional career, Suzanne worked as an award-winning science journalist at newspapers, magazines, and online journals. (See the picture of her and Charles Darwin in the Galapagos, right.)

She has extensive knowledge gleaned from literally thousands of interviews with scientists, researchers, and experts on a wide range of topics including environmental and behavioral science. In later years, she focused on lifestyle and health issues, including relationships. She has collaborated on hundreds of stories with dating coaches, therapists, and other business leaders.

Perhaps not surprisingly, she has written scores of projects that relied on her extensive worldwide travels as well as more than 30+ years as a vegetarian. She continues to write on health, travel, and spiritual topics.

Beyond this experience as a professional writer, she worked for years as a marketing strategist and consultant for small businesses, nonprofits, and governmental agencies. She enjoys helping others reach the next level of their lives, be it personally or professionally.

Along with The Lovelight Project's YouTube channel, she also shares information on her Notion Client Portal, through her WhatsApp accountability groups, and her High-Vibe Book Club. She recommends a bullet journal or the "Habit" app (it has a red check mark as an icon) to keep track of your healthy habits.
